Busy August and Bru gets a Reserve Ticket!

We had a flying visit up north to visit my Mum and Amy and then on to Scotland to see my Dad on the way to Kindgom of Fife champ show. Pickle went absolutely potty when he saw my Mum and Amy, he definitely remembers them! He met their elderly cat Pudding as well as and was very good, she had to give him a little warning ninja paw which made him (sensibly!) back off!

Bru was amazing at champ winning the jumping, 4th in the agility with a held seesaw and then won the reserve ticket in the final! 💛 He was running so well! I'd love to see the winning run as we missed it and to be 1.5 seconds ahead of Bru (and Ashleigh Butlers Sully who did a fabulous run and was so close to Bru time wise) it must have been incredible...

Spark made her first champ final of the year! She also had her very first unplaced clear in the champ jumping but I think it is because I played it safe and took the long route round a jump 😂 She got E'd in the final on a threadle which is funny as its her most reliable skill usually!!

 The week after we did KCI and no champ for Spark and Bru had a refusal in each round so didn't make the final. We were home early to mow my field and have a take away! 

Then this weekend we went to Welsh KC for champ again and the doglets did us proud! Spark was E'd in champ jumping but 5th in the agility which I was thrilled about as I never get round Lee Gibsons courses! 

Brooke Bean doesn't compete any more but if there were a competition for sunbathing she would win by miles! 💚

Spark still isn't very tolerant of Pickle but if he is sleepy he is acceptable!! 

No competing at KCI for Branston this year but we practised our waits on the podium just in case we are ever good enough! 

One day worth of veg! Its gone mad at the moment!! 

I have also had an influx of Toads in my field, especially under the tunnels!

Its been fun running my two on the same course occasionally, they are very similar speeds but I probably trust Branston more 😂

Cornwall Holiday!

 We had the best time in Cornwall and the doglets had a blast on the beaches! We had chilly but sunny and dry weather. I have so many lovely photos, here are a selection but unfortunately they aren't in order so I will attempt to remember where I took them! Brodie and Branston enjoyed short potters on the beach or round town while the other three did longer walks.

Hard to see but the tee is on the hill by the bench and you can just see the green! I actually got onto the green in one go! Matthew was a pro and won of course but I did get a Par 3 in 2 so happy with that!!
