Light at the end of the (agility) tunnel!

The big news is that Boris has revealed his 'roadmap' of how we are getting out of lockdown, basically it looks like I can get back working from the end of March when the travel restrictions are lifted, yay!! This was posted on Facebook and sums it up nicely

And then there was the agility version which is much more fun! 😂

So much sunshine this week that the dogs have been walking without coats on sometimes!

The cutest couple!!

And we even did some hoopers in the garden! Little Brodie have a little run round but also doing some impulse control with Bru!

We started sorting through our seeds at the weekend and planning what to grow

My little coffee shop buddy!

A little trip into town for a walk and a cuppa with the shelties!

And I saw my first daffys out!! As I get older I get ridiculously excited about spring!!

Our gorgeous garden helpers

The cutest little Toadlet!

I also made scotch pancakes on pancake day and made the dogs their own little ones!

We have had so many beautiful sunrises recently!

I was very spoilt on Valentines Day and got these gorgeous roses! Also my Amaryllis has flowered!

Spark and I went exploring on a local walk and ended up seeing camels!! The footpath backs onto Whipsnade zoo!

Mr Toad is more interested in squirrel hunting!

First cuppa in the garden this year!

And signs of spring coming through in my pots!

And some conditioning work in the garden too (excuse her funny face, she doesn't like the geese next door flapping!!)

And after a walk and some hoopers in the garden this little man was so tired!!

And a tired little collie!

Happy 14th Birthday to Mr Toad!

I can't believe that my special boy is 14! He is my little shadow and the sweetest most lovely dude 💙😎 It is one of the few things that is positive about being in lockdown, I have been able to spend a lot more time with the dogs especially when Brodie has been so poorly recently with his pancreatitis flare ups. We have had such cold weather recently with it plummeting to -8 degrees on occasions and the snow and ice has only just gone! It was nice not having to bath dogs after walks for a change! Although not as much snow as my Mum and sister who sent this amazing photo of the snow drifts on their lane 😱

Brodie enjoyed doing some freework on his birthday, this was him checking afterwards that he had found all the food!

We emptied our garden buckets and Matt made them into an ice sculpture! This lasted for days and has only just melted today now its got warmer.

Please excuse the manky veg bed, its been too soggy or frozen to do anything with it for months!

We have had some beautiful sunrises recently as well! I love the pink clouds in this

And despite having no eggs I made a chocolate cake for Valentines day! It is very tasty!

I managed to catch a sneaky photo of Spark who went and fetched her cushion and then had a sleep on it!

And these two are just adorable!! Perfect for Valentines Day ❤

Yesterday when we went out walking I spotted this tunnel on someones drive (people leave stuff out for the scrap van that does the rounds) but as they say one mans rubbish is another mans treasure so I carried it home! Its about 1.5m and will be perfect for hoopers!

Snow, grooming, food and jumps!

I finally managed to get some photos of snowflakes on the dogs hair! I have been trying for a while and yesterday it snowed all day so I managed to get these

I also got some fun snow photos on our walk across the field!

Cheeky tongue! 💛

Beautiful Bean! 💚

Mr Toad! Can't believe he is 14 tomorrow! 💙

Miss Sparkle 💜

The last week has involved lots of yummy food...some baking, a visit to the bank, our weekly visit to Harpenden and also the most lovely surprise!! Rupert was my little helper on my trip to the bank, we also got a coffee from one of my favourite places and Bru wanted to say hi to the dogs waiting!

Brodie toad got to do the Harpenden walk as he is feeling a wee bit better this week thank goodness

We did roast beef in the slow cooker and it was lovely and such a feast!

I also baked some ginger cookies and they were probably my most professional looking batch yet!

They are also very popular with the dogs!! 😂

My lovely surprise was a box of the most beautiful cupcakes left on the bonnet of the van by one of my lovely clients! She is a brilliant cook and I would highly recommend Julies Cake Company in St Albans, not only do they taste delicious they look too pretty to eat!

Yesterday I decided to give all the dogs a brush and do their nails, they were needing it!

I've actually been out in the garden over the last week before it snowed again! I managed to weed the patio and one flower bed and chop some dead stuff back.

The Peony is coming back to life!

The patio before weeding, it needed doing!

The flower bed all tidy finally!

The garden was also dry enough use the grass! So I finally got round to filming my retrieve video for J9 and also doing some jump work with the younger two dogs!

They were very tired afterwards!

Bru has taken to sleeping here which is cute!
